Children’s Aboriginal Festival 2005

The 1st Annual Children’s Aboriginal Festival brought Blue Mountain Village alive with this celebration of history, science and culture of Canada’s First Peoples.  Visitors got to explore Aboriginal shelters, Native films and documentaries, games and crafts, drummers and dancers.

The event included the traveling exhibits of The ROM and St. Marie Among the Hurons and film screenings by award winning Canadian director/writer Shirley Cheechoo and others.
